From the pulse racing joy of white water rafting to witnessing the splendour of the sun rise over the jungle from an infinity pool above the clouds, Costa Rica is a diverse and insanely beautiful country that has totally captivated my soul.

A week spent exploring would never have been enough time.

With 14 micro climates to experience, you can never be bored in Costa Rica. The spirit of the country centres around the Pura Vida – or the pure life. It is engrained in everything we encountered and really made us live in the moment.

Travelling with my friend Lindsey (who joined me in Jamaica too), we got to visit some very unique and exclusive places with a huge focus on sustainability, a cause very close to my heart.

As you can imagine the itinerary (and driving) was pretty insane.
